RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You may return most purchases made on artemidestore.com within 30 days of purchase with an approved RMA from Artemide.

In reference to clearance items, parts and special orders items are sales are and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

IIf your item arrives damaged, incorrect or with parts missing, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item if available. As part of that process, we ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to replace the item or send replacement parts as soon as possible. In some instances, it is possible to repair damages and/or defects with replacement parts. When this is the case, we reserve the right to utilize this as a solution.

Defective Products

Please keep in mind that defective goods (those with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment) are handled differently than damaged goods (which are damaged in shipping). We work closely to ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but sometimes defects do occur. We work with you to resolve these issues, but you must report any product defect within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please be aware that many of our glass products are handblown in Italy still being done by artisans and there will be imperfections and variances between different glasses.

Open Box Items

Open box items are products which have been returned to Artemide and refurbished for sale. We identify any apparent defects on the website but lamps are fully functional. Purchasing an open box product is a FINAL SALE. No refunds or credits will be issued as you accept the visual conditions.

Conditions are only applicable for all products indicated as Open box items on artemidestore.com.


Warranty

Thank you for purchasing an Artemide product.

Artemide warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Artemide will repair, or replace, at its discretion, free of charge, products that are proven to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs and ballasts which are not products manufactured by Artemide and supplied by Artemide only as a service to the customer. Outdoor and/or damp location luminaires are not warranted for sauna, steam room, indoor pool areas and must be installed exactly as per instructions. Ballasts are covered by separate ballast manufacturer’s warranties. Artemide hereby expressly reserves the right to limit or exclude consequential damages under the terms of this warranty (some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential damages so this might not apply to you). No charge-back, charge for labor or materials is allowed that

does not have Artemide’s prior written approval and is limited to $20.00 per defective luminaire. Artemide Inc.

Artemide assumes no warranty liability if a product is sold in the USA/Canada and exported outside the its territories.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN


Please follow these easy steps:

  1. Please note that the return is already prepaid. Included in the packing slip you will find a return label. Apply the label to the outside of the box containing the products you are returning.

 

  1. Put the products in the original packaging: the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, complete with all their unused components, with all original packaging and any provided instructions, with labels and tags still attached to the products. The items will be checked to see that everything has been returned intact.
